Where is Cuba?

Situated amid the Caribbean Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean, Cuba is an island positioned to the south of Key West, Florida, and to the southwest of The Bahamas.

Cuba is located south of the United States. It is situated in the northern Caribbean Sea, approximately 90 miles (145 kilometers) south of Key West, Florida.

Havana is situated on the northern coast of Cuba, bordering the Straits of Florida, south of the Florida Keys, where the Gulf of Mexico meets the Atlantic Ocean. The city predominantly expands westward and southward from the bay, which is accessed through a narrow inlet and splits into three primary harbors: Marimelena, Guanabacoa, and Atarés. Flowing from south to north, the Almendares River cuts through the city, reaching the Straits of Florida a short distance west of the bay.

Old Havana, known as "La Habana Vieja" in Spanish, is located in the heart of the city of Havana, Cuba. It is situated on the northern coast of the island, near the entrance of the Havana Bay. Old Havana is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is characterized by its historic architecture, cobblestone streets, and well-preserved colonial buildings. The area is a cultural and historical hub, featuring landmarks such as the Plaza de la Catedral, Plaza de Armas, and Castillo de la Real Fuerza.
